Overview of stages:
We start with your project assessment, evaluate all the financials, understanding the purpose of your use of funds and then will advise on an initial term sheet. Only interested funders will be invited for initial due diligence and Term Sheet issuance. After the Term Sheet is signed, we will kick-off an in-dept due diligence process. When the due diligence is completed, loan is approved and terms are agreed on, Loan Agreement negotiation process will start.
Normally it takes at least 2-3 months from project material submission to loan approval and fund disbursement.
